About women prophetess yes, according to the Bible there were many prophetess not only in OT but also in NT. Here are verses from the Bible:
Exo 15:20, "Then Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took the timbrel in her hand; and all the women went out after her with timbrels and with dances."
Judg 4:4 Now Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, was judging Israel at that time.
2 Ki 22:14 So Hilkiah the priest, Ahikam, Achbor, Shaphan, and Asaiah went to Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe. (She dwelt in Jerusalem in the Second Quarter.) And they spoke with her.

Bible also tells us that there is no difference between men and women as we read in Gal 3:28 "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus."
